The importance of teachers training cannot be underlined enough, as it gives the teacher a theoretical and practical education on the nuances of teaching students how to accomplish their greatest potential. Without this training, the teachers will not be in a position to provide proper guidance and that will affect the foundation of the education being built.

Youth Development Association organized and conducted a Teachers Training on “Innovative Teaching Methodologies” for teachers of St. Mary’s Primary Education Center and tuition teachers of Rimsha Colony, H-9/2, Islamabad. Total 11 participants attended this training in St. Mary’s Primary Education Center, Rimsha Colony, H-9/2 Islamabad. The aim of the activity is organized and conduct Teachers’ Training on Innovative teaching methodologies so that teachers can experiment new methods and strategies to improve students’ engagement, motivation and attainment.
